Sync notification on Android status bar

Hi,
On the notification area of android 10, there is always present a notification info on sync status.
You can see here:

Even if i disable sync on settings and i use only manual mode (via sync button) the notification still present.
Maybe i can hide via Android properties of the notification system, but is there a way to FULLY disable the automatic sync?
I mean this particular process of sync in background can drain battery a bit?

It would be great that the sync is silent (doesn't show up anywhere) and if there was something that was just synced there would be a notification on the mobile screen.
I want to sync once a day. (found it in the settings)
