Can't help you with your problem, just wanted to say that I also just received my data (.zip) from Klarna (after one day) and was able to import it directly without any problems. So the import function works, but apparently sometimes the data/file format from Klarna seems to vary...
Klarna recently changed the Stocard export format again, this time putting everything into a split zip even if it is fairly small for... no clear reason (except to make importing harder?).
If you merge the split zip files (the .zip, .001, etc.) into a single zip file on your computer, Catima can import that zip file. If you don't know how to, feel free to email your export to me and I'll merge it for you.
Sorry for the hassle, Klarna keeps doing this type of stuff over and over.
For anyone who runs into this issue: I currently don't have any affected exports I've been given an OK to share with other devs who could perhaps help with this and I don't have time to look into this currently myself.
I know this is marked as beta. Finally after 3 weeks I got my zip file from Klarna which was named in form of .zip.
They said the file contained, Device Data
Card Data, Usage Data, Location
When I tried importing it with password entered I got an error:
protect.card_locker.FormatException: Couldn't find any loyalty cards in this Stocard export.
Is there anything that can be done?
Thanks!
