Problem

Objective:

Which pixel is our particle
Which group of pixel is considered as a particle

Proposed Solution

Input:
Prepositioned SEM camera

Output:

Image BSD
Image SED
Pixelwise mask for each image (1 for particle number 1, 2 for particle number 2, …,0 for carbon background)

TODO: check codebases for integration, production test.

Future dev:

Particle size information
