Add a point and click flow to set an identity similar to the "Send funds". Users will be able to set an identity without dealing with manual extrinsics. This will be using XCM calls to the People chain (it can be supported only for normal multisig, since multisig + pure doesn't work because the identity is now on the people chain and pure proxies aren't cross chain accounts)
