Here, I am trying to connect those elements to show the complete wrinkle by using dilate. Once it is done, I am removing the noise by first detecting the contours, calculating the area of the contours and then removing the contours with area less than a particular value.</p>\n\n<p>However, this is not giving me a proper result so I feel that there could be some better way of joining the broken wrinkle elements. If I select a high gear it is more about blowing up my legs in 30 secs, it is a muscle thing, trying to hit 'em as hard as I can. \nI can also select a lower gear which is more about speed, trying to go as fast as I can. This results in a more heart/oxygen exercise, being almost completely out of breath after 30 seconds. What is more effective if I would like to burn as much fat as possible after the HIIT??</p>\n\n<p>Second question is more about HIIT in general: the rest period. I read the 30s/30s thing somewhere and that's what I always do. But is it really necessary to be still out of breath after the 30 secs relative rest. I guess this question boils down to this: is the HIIT effect caused by burning lungs and a 110% heart rate for 10 minutes, or is it the micro-damage that you inflict on your muscles.... Or both..</p>\n\n<p>I hope somebody can give some info on this. Although this type of training proves to be very effective for me, it is definitely not fun!
