[BUG] Clarification needed for exit status 60 in "Check container engine state" error

Previous Issue

Hi, I previously opened an issue: #924, and I followed the suggestion to update Docker and try again. Unfortunately, I'm still encountering the same issue. The Docker Logs and VS Code Output are identical to those provided in my previous issue.

Environment Details

OS: Linux VM (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS)
Docker Version: 27.3.1, build ce12230
VS Code Version: 1.93.1
Extension Version: 2.21.0

Description

KICS is indeed being called by VS Code and executed (similar to the previous situation), but the results cannot be displayed in the VS Code Output.
Error message: Error: Check container engine state. Failed: exit status 60

Question

I would like to ask what "exit status 60" represents. Is there a reference table where I can look up error codes and their meanings?

Docker with latest version, still having the same issue.
