What happened?

When creating a number of plots in a queue, if the "Plot Count" box is active as you move your mouse scroll wheel, it can change the number of plots you wish to create

To reproduce, have the cursor blinking in the box, then move the mouse scroll wheel up or down, and this value will change

It is a feature (of material-ui), not a bug. But I agree and disable this behavior
