Win Sandbox環境でだけ確認、なにこれ

タスマネからSoftalkを落とすと動くようになるので、おそらく/closeオプションやってないのがよくない

仮想環境（Hyper-V）だと正しく動作するので、たぶんSandbox特有の問題

Sandboxで動かすことは想定していない（テスト以外）ので、既知の修正としつつ後回しで
