An optional logger/reporter that can be attached to honeycomb.

Teachability, documentation, adoption, migration strategy

In our component patterns, we must introduce logging patterns and honeycomb requirements

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

To help us better understand user's interaction with the VCE to diagnose pain points, and to ensure our UX is working as designed
