Proportion of Contracts with Savings

In this KPI, we need the amounts to be displayed along with the percentages. Please add this information in the pop-up and not on the Y-Axis. For example, if I hover the mouse on one part of the Bar Graph which says 20% Savings, it should also say the amount saved.

In the same KPI, the colours also need to be changed. It should be like this
Same Value - Blue
Overrun - Red
Savings - Green
