Would be cool to eventually offer resources for venues interested in hosting us

This could include:

templates copies of messages for lots of different audiences and platforms, to make it minimally burdensome for them to spread the word about us
- platforms
  - twitter
  - slack
  - email
- audience
  - internal employees who might like to attend
  - twitter followers who won't know what #civictech is
  - ???
