Which version is fully compatible with CS1.5?

When running AQS will amxx 1.8.2 in CS1.5, I find out error messages when executing register_event("HLTV", "QS_OnRoundLaunch", "a", "1=0", "2=0");, because HLTV event does not exist in CS1.5?

What am I supposed to do?
Which version is fully compatible with CS1.5?
Right now, I just comment the line, will this have any side effects?
