Facebook downloads broken

File downloads from Facebook are blocked. https://www.facebook.com/download needs av, eav, and hash parameters, otherwise it just redirects back to the post containing the file.

I encountered the issue in a private group so I can't send the post, but I tested it and downloads worked with just these parameters, but not when I removed any one of them.
