From my timing:

  • One attempt: failed after 5 minutes
  • Second attempt: successful after 4 minutes (1.5 minutes to launch Pluto notebook; 2.5 minutes to import packages and prime ClimateMARGO's optimization)
  • Third attempt: server timed out after 4 minutes

Not sure what's causing the variability here. Two separate failing modes seem to randomly pop up (also confirmed by at least one other user who got a server error).
