changes the design which make it more attractive

there are some changes in designs which is required to solve the attractiveness of the website

1. **marginal difference : ** margin between the "LIVE EVENTS " and "BLOGS " is very large as compare to the margin among all other tags
2. footer section : the footer section is no longer responding the product logo properly and the github icon is not present in the footer section
   3 . home page : the social media icon which is present before the calendar is not a good location ...all this icon have to present at the footer page
3. **learning section : ** overall change to the learning section ...like redesign the free learning resource section to make it arrange and with styling make it more attractive ...
4. dark mode toggle button : the dark mode toggle button is not working to all the pages

kindly assigned this take under gssoc labels ..i will surely solve it with proper responsive
