Evaluate intro projects for Rust

The first 5-6 projects are designed to be general purpose "intro to language" and "start thinking critically about code" projects.

We should evaluate whether these are good projects for introducing Rust, and in a good order, or whether we want to change any of them, replace any of them, or re-order any of them.
