Some/many projects' licenses might be illegal #2

Thanks for your issue.
Is there any action you would suggest, to solve this?
You are also welcome to provide pull-requests.

Of course, all modifications are copyrighted by the participants, so
they are either "All rights reserved" or need to be placed under an
express licence (which the minors can only do with parental consent).
The public domain claims in the source files, however, are most likely
wrong and illegal.

Hi,

well, I can't.
There are three steps, basically:
1. Make sure every author who is younger than 18 years has written
parental consent to give licenses (see reference discussed in the
organise repository).
2. Have every author give an express license on their work.
3. Unpublish everything you cannot get licensed.
And maybe…
4. Make sure to avoid this issue in the future, by incorporating the
parental consent/licensing stuff in your general workflow.
Cheers,
Nik

I had a quick look at some of the Arduino projects, and found most of them stating "This example code is in the public domain.", event those modified by (as I guess) participants of the coder dojos.
Of course, all modifications are copyrighted by the participants, so they are either "All rights reserved" or need to be placed under an express licence (which the minors can only do with parental consent).
