HTC droid incredible

Installs and plays on the new Droid incredible. But, the 
note delay is way off. Any suggestions? I have changed 
the delay (ms) to all sorts of values. Anyone know what 
a good value would be? 

Annyway, this looks promising. I use fofix on my mac all 
the time. Off to a good start.

what settings I use.

I installed this on my Droid incredible and it made phone lag badly. I 
uninstalled but phone was still laggy. I did a hard reset but scrolling through 
the menus lags now sometimes andit never used to. Now sometimes my calls and my 
phone as well will just crash andsometimes ill touch something on the screen 
and it will select something else. My Incredible was absolutely perfect until I 
installed this. Now I might have to send it back!! Any suggestions?
