Disable second confirmation ifopening external links

After click to external links (http/https, but maybe other types if exist) in the documents (draw, calc, impress ...) it is necessary to confirm target opening twice:

first confirmation is directly in the office (it provides also preview of the link target and buttons for editting / deleting the link)
second confirmation is in the Nextcloud (probably the "richdocument app)
This is annoyng - the first confirmation should be sufficient so the other - in the Nextcloud - should be removed - it would improve user experience with the Nextcloud office.
