Currently StaggeredColumnLayout can only use the left part of the ItemsRepeater and always leaves a gap on the right.
I think a ItemStretch Property should be added to the Layout.
And there is a MinItemWidth property on the UniformGridLayout rather than DesiredItemWidth on the StaggeredColumnLayout. I think we should unify this too.
