The nfs-utils package can't be uninstalled during build of RHEL 10 bootable container images and so in #12871 we have introduced a workaround for the rule package_nfs-utils_removed with a special RHEL 10 only Bash remediation.

Once RHEL-74244 issue is fixed we need to remove this RHEL 10 only remediation from the rule.
