At the end of the session a submitter should be able to download a recap in PDF-format

After succesfull submitting the data, a submitter should have a button 'download aanvraag' to download a recap of the form in PDF-format. This document does not have to be saved or send to 'gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch'. It is sufficient to generate this on the fly from the current information on screen.
