It would be very useful if there was an option to output R scripts that could reproduce a given analysis. tappAS is great for interactive, "point-and-click" analyses, but there are situations where one would like to be able to reproduce a given analysis with a script. This could be included as an additional button in the analysis interface, "Save script" or something like that. I hope you will consider it!

Thank you for the suggestion! tappAS was originally conceived as a tool that was friendly to users with no coding experience, while also providing visualization tools for coders/non-coders alike. However, it is true that it sacrifices some flexibility and control over the analysis as a result of that, and I myself often end up exporting results tables from tappAS and just continuing the analysis in R. I believe your suggestion would work well for both, and we will consider including it in future relases of tappAS.
