I've been using the differential transcript expression analysis well, until recently I've been trying with a different dataset and I keep getting an error "names" attribute[2] must be the same length as the vector[1].
The expression matrix and all the other files look fine, and the differential gene expression analysis worked so not sure what the error could be referring to. This is also the first time that I've seen this error.
I've attached the log file. Any guidance on this would be greatly apprecia log_trans.txt

Thanks Ángeles for the prompt response and tagging Pedro, please find attached my input files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hw6cj4atifrtqac/tappAS_Input.zip?dl=0
(annotation, expression matrix, and the phenotype and the inclusion list of isoforms)
My experimental design is Time-Course Multiple Series.
I know it is taking long, but we have not forgotten about your issue -we were recently able to replicate the error and @psalguerog is currently working on debugging the maSigPro implementation of tappAS in order to find the problem. We hope to get back to you with a solution soon.
Sorry about the delay and any inconveniences it may be causing you,
Ángeles
