where to specify save option for R in tappAS?

Hi,

I'm trying to create my first project in tappAS but am running into the following error:
Fatal error: you must specify '--save', '--no-save' or '--vanilla'
Input matrix Filter/Normalization script ended. Exit value: 2

Extending the bash profile accordingly, and adding an alias for Rscript haven't solved it. I also can't figure out where tappAS calls the Rscript so as to add the option there.

Any help would be much appreciated!
