Schedule: Full screen veiw

Make full screen view of each stage (request parameter to pass stage or url path)
Hide menu etc so it can be shown on screen outside the stage at the rds.

I started work on this, created a directive and implemented it for the schedule page.
It seems to work for making the app fullscreen, but no content is actually visible when it is fullscreen. Just a black background.
