I'm tried 2 days to build but failure

PHP Version is:
PHP 7.1.33 (cli) (built: Mar 17 2020 09:14:41) ( NTS )

Zend Engine v3.1.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2018 Zend Technologies
with Zend OPcache v7.1.33, Copyright (c) 1999-2018, by Zend Technologies

Centos 7, 64 bits

I'm tried with versions from 2.0.x to current 2.2.0 but still failure, have same error:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'libphpcpp.so' in Unknown on line 0

Can any one help me?
