I'm trying to update my profile picture but I'm unable to confirm the upload. The error message "Couldn't connect to the server. Please check your Internet connection and try again." appears when clicking on the checkmark after selecting a photo, but my internet connection is fine.

I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, including incognito modes.
