Describe the Bug

I cannot remove the toolbox dying recipes from my modpack.

I've tried removing every recipe from create, and the dying recipes still show in JEI.
I've tried hiding all toolboxes in JEI, and the dying recipes still show in JEI.

With these removals the recipes don't seem to actually work, I can't actually dye the toolboxes, yet they still show in JEI despite this.

Reproduction Steps

1. Attempt to override the toolbox dying recipes with a datapack or with craft tweaker.
2. Open JEI and scroll through the recipes or see all the uses of a dye item.
3. Locate the toolbox dying recipes that shouldn't be there.

Expected Result

The expected result is for the toolbox dying recipes to be removed when I remove them.
They shouldn't exist in JEI when they don't exist in the crafting table.
