Hammer Mill Back-stuffing

The hammer mill auto ejects to inventories below it; however, if the inventory is full and the hammer mill can no longer output, the hammer mill will slow to a stop. In slowing, there will be excess force on the metal shafts and water mill. If the hammer mill is back-stuffed for too long, there is a chance of the metal shafts breaking.
