Make it increase drop chance for apples from oak leaves
Make it have a chance of dropping cocoa beans from jungle leaves

I think those are all good ideas but I wouldn't touch wormwood. I would add this though:

Chance of dropping saplings between 50-120% (0, 1, or 2).
Lower hatchet durability (max 16).
