How to fix this, do you found it?

I found a fix.
I had to copy ca-certificates.crt from a functional Kali installation to /etc/ssl/certs.
After that I was able to download kali-archive-keyring_2024.1_all.deb from
https://http.kali.org/pool/main/k/kali-archive-keyring/ and to install it with:
sudo apt install./kali-archive-keyring_2024.1_all.deb

After that I was able to update and upgrade the distribution.

But this is a workaround only, the installation should work out of the box.
