You must be an admin of the platform to use the tool

To be able to export and import Cytomine project, you must currently be an admin of the platform. Otherwise, the tool will not work.
Currently, it is not mentioned anywhere in the code that you must be an admin of the platform.

To investigate

• why this tool needs the user to be an admin of the platform;
• modify this constraint to allow project managers to export and import without having to be an admin of the platform.
