On select tool, cursor snaps outside of viewport

Sometimes during a selection, the cursor snaps out of the screen and the location the cursor is at does not correspond to where the user sees the drawing tablet's cursor location. This causes the cursor to highlight elements outside of the viewport thus affecting the editing process.
