How to set-up a Kiara modules development env with conda

Hi,
Would it be possible to recap how to set-up a Kiara modules development environment with conda:
are there current guidelines in terms of python/kiara versions?
Is there a plugin template example available?
Are there mandatory dependencies required in the plugin's pyproject.toml file other than kiara (in the dependencies section of pyproject.toml)?
Is this line still what's necessary in the dev utils section of the plugin pyproject.toml file: "kiara[dev_utils]" ?
