In Annotator, it is still extremely clumsy (or impossible) to select the whole long text and declare that it is a T entity. Whatever spans more than 2 pages is a problem, and ca. 300 pages is a nightmare.
Solution: in active state, enable Ctrl+A to select the whole full text.

@Ptrhnk It is now possible to use Ctrl+A to select whole text, but the usual Add anchor modal does not appear. Please make it appear as after other text selection operations.
Secondly, can you implement an alternative selection - you select with mouse, then scroll without mouse pressed, then press Shift, then click - this should select the whole original selection + the text in between this selection and current position where you clicked. Just like in any text editor.
As I said previously, we need that the cursor keys incl. their combinations with Shift, Ctrl, and Shift+Ctrl work the exactly same way as in major text editors (Google Docs, MS Word, Sublime Text...).
