There is used splitRatioLim in ThermofluidStream.Topology.NonPhysical.JunctionRatio which is limited using first order filter. Thus, IMO the limitation of the real input splitRatio(min=0, max=1) is not needed.

I.e. min=0, max=1 can be deleted completely.
