Diamond Registry Integration

Currently the Diamond Registry is floating around and not used that much.
We need to be able to access it from a single entrance point, like the contracts - they know each other.

• Integrate Diamond Registry into existing contracts.
• Use Diamond Registry in the Diamond UI.
• Extent Grafana with Node Names taken from the diamond registry.
