Add an optional button to the card that can be used to refresh the entities. Also bring the entity history up when tapping on the icons.

History card can be shown for the solar power entity, the battery SOC, grid flow and home consumption. The refresh button works, if you are using the LuxPowerTek integration. Both released with v0.4.0.

Keeping the issue open for now because there might be more history to show (eventually).
