Show tab buttons for tabs with unread messages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
AC already provides the feature to indicate the number of unread messages in tabs.
Unfortunately the tab buttosn only are visible when chat is open.
If a user setup does not pipe messages for a tab to main, the message might be unnoticed for a while.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show the tab button of tabs with unread messages (all or unread tab), even if chat currently is not open.
Users might want to have the option to turn this on or off for single tabs or for all tabs.
There should be an option to open chat an immediately beeing switched to the tab with the newest unread message.
