Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Because the chat Hud doesn't stay in the same space placed when aspect ratio is changed, (I have one larger monitor and one small) the hud gets in from of or behind other things on the screen

I don't know if its possible or not, but one nice way would be:

• Being able to set the individual positions for the chat Hud by the monitor/aspect ratio of the screen.
• Another would 'simply' be somehow making the chathud itself fix itself based on the aspect ratio.
