"Well, you can't flash from stock to heads" which leaves me wondering why that wasn't called out on the product page?
The subscription says it's a DES sub plus heads access. It doesn't say, for example, "this product is not usable without an existing Dasharo coreboot installation" which would have put things all on me.
Last may mean the product is insufficiently described in the shop.

Brief summary
Insufficient informations and documentation bugs while deploying Dasharo (coreboot+Heads)
How reproducible
This problem was reported by one of Dasharo Premiere Support users, so I don't know how reproducible it is.
How to reproduce
Try to follow the official initial deployment guide: https://docs.dasharo.com/variants/msi_z790/heads/#initial-deployment
Expected behavior
Documentation should not lead to 404: https://docs.dasharo.com/unified/msi/initial-deployment.md
It looks like the expectation is that the user deployed or will deploy Dashro (coreboot+UEFI) despite the fact that Dasharo (coreboot+Heads) does not provide access to it https://shop.3mdeb.com/shop/dasharo-entry-subscription/1-year-dasharo-entry-subscription-for-corebootheads/. When use has this access he/she can transition through: https://docs.dasharo.com/variants/msi_z790/heads/#transition-from-dasharo-uefi-to-heads-variant
Actual behavior
