Describe the solution you'd like

The backend needs the ability to:

  • List available nodes in the kubernetes cluster (+ metadata about node)
  • Edit the argo workflow with node which to run the pipeline or step on. (stepwise or entire pipeline?)

Additional context

Argo workflow node affinity is a way to specify what nodes are "preferred" to run a job on.
