Your readme file state "The node runs an Express web server", but there is no listerner on TCP 443 on my RPi 3.
Does this get started automatically or do I have to start it manually?

I haven't worked node-red-contrib-google-action (but with the somewhat related node-red-contrib-google-smarthome). So I don't know exactly how this node works.

But are you sure it's on port 443? From a quick look on the code it seems to listen on port 8081 by default.
