Stuck laying down once using my psionic at the same time

alright when I used the psionic ability tlegnositc and tried to lay down at the same time my character got bugged and every time I lay down again you cant get back up and if you try to sit in a chair it does this weird visual glitch to the entire server

Telagnostic and lay down at the same time once out of telgnostic sit down and that should do it
