Some pets have issues opening doors with the correct ID

Description

Some pets seem to have issues with IDs not giving them proper access, for example on a glacier shift we tried giving laika, the hos dog, access to sec by giving them an id, when that didnt work we tried the id+pda and that didnt work either.

Reproduction

Spawn as laika
give yourself an id/id+pda in the correct slot with the required permissions
try to open a door

Additional context

im not sure if it is true but i just said some pets as it seems like clippy can get access to some rooms with the correct id but that could also be wrong, i havent tested that myself.

It might be related to having to place it on the belt opposite to having a PDA slot from the suit, just as random thought

belt slot doesnt provide access yes
laika isnt meant to fuck off in maints and kill valids alone anyway

while i agree it can be abused i see it more of an issue like HoS gives them an id so they can follow people around in sec without the fear of getting stuck in a room, since in the end it was still a command member that got them the id and take responsibility for it
