Add 'Notes for delivery' input box in the Delievery page

Description:

I would like to add a new input box labeled "Notes for Delivery" on the delivery form page. This will allow users to include any special instructions or notes regarding their delivery.

Expected Outcome:

A new input field where users can enter special notes or instructions for their delivery, integrated seamlessly with the existing form design.

Please assign me this issue. I am a contributor in GSSoC-EXT and Hacktoberfest.
