Ability to run slicer CLI on all folders.

Change the demo slicer cli docker container to accept the folderId and infer the video file to run the data on instead. This should allow running the task on multiple DIVE datasets.

This is integrated into the base DIVE-DSA-Slicer repository and sample task. The only additional portion would be to allow tasks to be run directly from folder interface where you can be in a folder and run a task and the input is automatically chosen as the current folder.
