"Add New" icon in mobile nav

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Add New plus icon that is in the nav bar for desktop doesn't show anywhere in the mobile nav. To add new, you have to go to the list page for the given type and then click the plus icon there.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, I'd love to see the plus icon in the top right of the mobile nav. This could pop out a dialog/modal or maybe a sheet slide up from the bottom with the available types.

Alternatively, have Add New in the slide out side nav
