Pre-populate messages from phone number click.

We currently have the feature that if you click on a persons phone number it opens a contextual menu that allows you to open that contact on various platforms.

It would be nice to have an initial message template that could be customized in the admin and when that link is clicked it will be in the message body.

It is possible to add more functionality there, but I think the simpler solution is to use the web link mechanism we are using now.
